ClinicOS: Internal Brief for LOI Outreach
What We Sell
A clinic in a box for peptide therapy. We handle the sourcing, the EMR, the patient operations, the engagement, the marketing, and the compliance. The clinic focuses on patients. We focus on everything else.
One pharmacy relationship, pre-vetted. Every peptide with COAs attached. Scheduling, telehealth, intake, charting. Automated SMS reminders and side-effect check-ins. Full marketing engine: ads, SEO, landing pages, reviews. Audit trail and regulatory tracking. All of it live in 72 hours.
The Value to the Clinic
A typical peptide clinic today runs on five separate software tools, a 4-10k/month on components we replace, plus uncounted operational hours on sourcing, COA tracking, and shipment management. Adherence drops to 40-50% because nobody follows up between visits. FDA warning letters hit clinics that marketed wrong because nobody warned them.
We replace all of it. One vendor. One invoice. One phone call when something breaks. Named customer success manager. Compliance firewall on every piece of marketing before it publishes. Patient adherence jumps to 85%+ because our SMS agent is working 24/7. The clinic saves money, saves time, grows faster, and stops worrying about regulatory exposure.
How We Make Money
Two tiers the clinic sees. Five revenue streams we actually run on.
Launch — $1,500/mo. For new and growing practices. Catalog pricing at our standard distribution rate. Up to 100 patients.
**Practice — 7,500/mo in peptide orders.
Enterprise — Custom. Multi-location, white-label, negotiated catalog pricing.
The clinic sees a SaaS fee and a catalog. What's inside: we mark up peptides over our pharmacy cost (100% at Launch, 50% at Practice), we earn a rev share from our pharmacy partner on everything routed through us, we charge a services fee on managed ad spend, and we build the longitudinal outcomes dataset that becomes licensable to pharma and research in year 3+.
A mature Launch clinic sends us ~13,000/mo. An Enterprise clinic sends us 150k-800k-1.2M.
Why We Win
We are the only platform that bundles sourcing, software, compliance, and marketing for peptide medicine specifically. Moxie is closest but serves medspa aesthetics, not peptides. AestheticsPro, Jane, Nextech are EMR-only and leave the clinic holding the sourcing, marketing, and compliance bags. PeptideList is a directory, not a platform. Our unfair advantages are the pharmacy relationships clinics inherit on signup, 72-hour onboarding, our agent-driven content and distribution (Auctor, built in-house), and the outcomes dataset we quietly build underneath everything.
Who We Target for LOIs
Thirty conversations in the next three weeks. Priority list:
- Solo NP/PA/MD clinics running 50-300 active peptide patients who currently duct-tape 5 tools together
- Longevity and concierge practices adding peptides to an existing service menu
- Small multi-location groups (2-4 locations) who are bumping into the limits of their current stack
Avoid for v1: pure weight-loss telehealth aggregators (different buyer, different economics), hospital systems (wrong sales cycle for our 30-day target).
What an LOI Looks Like
Non-binding commitment to be a design partner. Clinic agrees to onboard in under 72 hours once we're ready, run real patient orders through the platform within the first 30 days, provide weekly feedback for 90 days, and serve as a reference/case study if things go well.
In exchange, they get six months at 50% off their tier, preferred catalog pricing lock for 12 months, direct access to founders, and first-mover positioning in their metro.
The Ask
Each team member: own 5 prospect conversations per week for the next three weeks. Weekly sync Fridays to share objections heard and what's landing. Target by end of week three: 5-10 signed LOIs, 15-20 active pipeline conversations.
Speed matters. The first 10 clinics define the product. The first 50 define the category.
